How do you cut through the email noise to reach your customers?
We all have emails we receive that we typically choose to open. Why? Because we have learned that the email will contain something of value to us. It may be a real discount on something we need, an encouraging or challenging thought, a joke to lighten our day, or knowledge to improve our life or business.
Always ask yourself this question. Does my email make my customer the hero? Does my content focus on solving a problem for my customer or does it focus on my business? It is not about what your business can offer … it is about what problem you can solve for your customer.
