Already halfway through 2023 is a bit strange, but it may be a good time to talk about business continuity. What is there in your business that you could not afford to lose? Your laptop? Your passwords? A particular machine?
Data backups should be at the top of your list. I’ve talked with too many businesses over the years that discover their backups are empty or have been failing since the last power outage. So what is important to your business?
What if someone deletes everything? It can be accidental or intentional, but the result is the same. Where do you have the customer data, the contracts, and your financial documents protected?
